Scope of Work: Routine Cleanings
Exterior entrance/back entrance and/or enclosed patio:

Remove cobwebs

Wipe down front door
-
Sweep and mop floor
-
Clean sliding glass doors, both sides(weather permitting)

Wipe lights off on front and back lights(weather permitting)
Living room/Dining Room:

Clean ceiling fan and/or light fixture
-
Detail clean floor edges as needed
-
Dust vertical blinds and/or mini blinds
-
Remove any cobwebs from corners and ceiling
-
Clean air vents
-
Vacuum
Bedroom(s):

Detail clean floor edges as needed

Dust vertical blinds and/or mini blinds

Remove any cobwebs from corners and ceiling

Clean air vents

Vacuum
Bathroom(s):

Wipe out medicine cabinet (if empty), under sink and base of vanity cabinet (if empty)

Clean bathtub including walls, faucets, shower head, and front of tub

Clean toilet including base, tank, and bowl

Clean sink, faucets, and counter top

Clean mirrors (no streaks)

Sweep and mop floor

Dust exhaust fan cover

Clean lighting fixtures
Kitchen:

Wipe down all cabinet faces

Clean outside of stove top, and burner pans with decreasing agent. (Pans cannot be scrubbed with abrasives to remove baked on residue)

Clean exterior of refrigerator

Dust/clean light fixture as needed

Disinfect counter tops

Scour and clean sink

Sweep and mop floor

Wipe down face of dishwasher

Clean microwave inside and out
Laundry Rooms/Closets:

Clean wire shelving to make sure no detergent, dust etc.

Clean the Washer/Dryer connection area (if accessible)
Utility/Storage Closet:

Remove all cob webs

Sweep out
General:

Turn off all lights before exiting

Secure all unlocked door before exiting
